The Field House indoor gym and training facility is located in Trinity/Odessa and is a brand-new indoor sports training facility for all athletes offering speed agility strength and conditioning and training
We strive to build athletes, and believe practice makes perfect. Athletes of all ages and skill levels will receive the proper foundation and groundwork that will improve their fitness ability and overall athleticism including their overall speed, power, explosiveness, agility and strength.
We offer group training sessions that are designed to condition athletes to improve their overall athleticism preparing them for all sports. Our trainers focus on footwork, core training, range of motion, speed, agility and strength. We also offer private one on one training sessions that are designed specifically for each individual athlete. We also offer private one on one training sessions with all of our trainers.
B.J. Hall, Founder of The Quarterback House is dedicated to providing the highest level of instruction for quarterbacks of all ages. He strives to provide the most cutting edge training in every aspect of the position such as, diagnosing and correcting mechanical flaws, understanding and recognizing fronts and coverage's, pocket presence, and footwork. He brings a wealth of knowledge from experiences in the professional and collegiate level that he cannot wait to share.
Coach BJ Hall has a great amount of experience as a professional athlete and as a High School Coach. He started his High School coaching career at St. Petersburg High School as a Quarterbacks Coach from 2010-2012. From 2013-2014, he helped coach Indian Rocks Christian to the State semi-finals as their Quarterbacks Coach and assistant Offensive Coordinator. In 2015, he served as Largo High Schools Quarterbacks Coach and finished the season as the Offensive Coordinator. In 2016, he served as Clearwater Academy's Passing Game Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach. In 2017, BJ Hall became the Head Coach at Superior Collegiate Academy where he lead his team to a 8-4 record and became a top 1,000 team in the Country. Hall also then became Edgestone Sports Coach of the Year. In 2018 as Head Coach at Superior Collegiate, BJ Hall lead his team to another winning season and began the season as a top 500 team in the country and a top 100 team in Florida. During that time Coach Hall's team in just it's second year managed to beat depending State Champs Champagnet Catholic out of Miami and Barron Collier who at the time both were top 300 teams in the country. Both huge wins in Hall's career. Coach Hall has always loved coaching the game but in his eyes his biggest accomplishments were based on how many of his football players he could send to College. Hall has managed to send 9 kids on full Scholarships to either major Division 1 FBS schools or somewhere for each of his seniors to call home which ranked second in the Tampa Bay Area. As a Professional, BJ Hall played 7 years between the Arena Football League and Canadian Football League combined. -Tampa Bay Storm -New Orleans Voodoo -Toronto Argonauts -Orlando Predators -Dallas Vigilantes and Internships: - 2 Years as a assistant scout with the Toronto Argonauts in the Canadian Football League. - 4 years
Coach McClendon earned a Division 1 Scholarship to UT Martin in Tennessee where he spent his Freshman year of college. From there, he transferred to Contra Costa Junior College in California. After Junior College, Coach McClendon earned a scholarship to Southeastern University in his home state of Florida, where he would finish his football career and transitioned into coaching.
Coach McClendon has been coaching for more than three years with his first year coaching the Defensive Backs at his Alma Mater, Boca Ciega High School.
We are very excited to have Coach McClendon join our staff this year to coach speed & agility and direct our strength & conditioning program. Coach McClendon brings a lot of energy, passion and experience to our staff and is an asset to have on our team.
Trevor Thorton founder of Cut-Back Running Back Academy. However, it doesn't matter what position that you play. RB, QB, WR, DB, KR etc. when you possess the football you become a runner. Coach Thortons focus is too push you to exceed your DNA limitations.. There are many types of runners and he will provide you with the tools to be the most dependable runner that you can be. He has supreme confidence & belief as well as proof that our methods will determine whether you will be just a RB, or THE RB. If you want to be an elite RB, that believes in hard work, discipline, Repetition, then training with Coach Thorton is for you!
Meet Ferst, an accomplished coach and educator with extensive experience in the football and wrestling realms. With a passion for developing young athletes and guiding them to success, Ferst has proven his ability to make a positive impact on the lives of those he works with.
After earning his Bachelors of Science in Sport and Recreation Management from Temple University, Ferst joined the Temple University football program as a student offensive coaching assistant for quarterbacks and wide receivers. In this role, he quickly established himself as a valuable asset to the coaching staff, contributing to the team's success as they went on to win the American Athletic Conference Championship in 2016 under head coach Matt Rhule.
Following his time at Temple, Ferst spent two seasons with Widener University as the Wide Receivers Coach, where he continued to hone his skills as a coach and mentor to young athletes. In addition to his work with the football program, Ferst also served as the Head Wrestling Coach and Quarterbacks Coach for the football team at Valley Forge Military Academy, where he worked for two years before joining Temple.
Throughout his career, Ferst has demonstrated his ability to collaborate with coaching staff, analyze game film, and develop comprehensive game plans to ensure success on the field. He is also dedicated to helping his athletes succeed off the field, and has worked to recruit and guide them to success in academics and other aspects of life.
As a Philadelphia native, Ferst is committed to giving back to his community and helping young athletes in the area achieve their full potential. With his extensive experience in coaching and mentoring, he is a valuable asset to any program looking to develop the next generation of successful athletes.
